Our Therapy Services
Therapy offers a supportive space for children, youth, and adults to better understand emotions, experiences, and patterns that may be impacting their well-being, relationships, and daily functioning. It can be helpful for individuals navigating stress, anxiety, trauma, emotional overwhelm, identity-related concerns, behavioural or relational challenges, or major life transitions.
We provide individual therapy services for clients ages 7+, with support tailored to each person’s developmental stage, strengths, and goals. Our approach is relational, collaborative, and trauma-informed, drawing from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), as well as elements of Gestalt and Narrative Therapy. Depending on individual needs, therapy may include exploring emotions and relationships, processing difficult or traumatic experiences, building emotional regulation and coping skills, strengthening self-understanding, and developing healthier ways of relating to self and others.
Therapy can support improved emotional regulation, communication and relationship skills, self-esteem, identity exploration, and the processing of trauma. Services are also adapted to support neurodivergent individuals, including those with ADHD and Autism, with flexibility in how sessions are structured to reflect different ways of thinking, communicating, and engaging in therapy.
Our practice is grounded in respect, cultural responsiveness, and collaboration, with a focus on creating a safe and supportive environment for meaningful growth and change.
